The hotel offered detailed instructions for getting from the airport using public transport. This saved me money on transportation (it was quite helpful). The staff accepted packages for me before my arrival. Staff members also provided clear directions to nearby restaurants.
The safe in my room did not work due to a low battery. I informed the reception, but it was not fixed . There was no coffee machine in the room. The minibar was also empty.

the room was clean and in good condition. the staff provided quick service. it is near the metro, bus and restaurants. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
the ac does not have its full power in the room, though it works well in the lobby.

The hotel's location is convenient to the MRT. The room was clean and spacious. I found several restaurants and shops close by. There is access to Starbucks, Pret a Manger, and Marks and Spencer Food.
I found the staff unwelcoming. Every engagement with any member of staff was really difficult! I found them not helpful. The staff seemed rude.

Great Spot Near Public Transit

My room was quite spacious. I had enough space to relax for four nights. The hotel is in an excellent area. Public transport sits right outside. I found it easy to access ferries with a short bus ride.
I noticed the hotel looked like it could use some room maintenance.

The hotel features two good restaurants. I also noticed lots of street food and bars located around the area. The hotel is also near several popular eateries, including a bakery, local cafes, and ramen.

The location is just right. It is close to the MTR station for convenient travel. I also saw access to the ding ding tram close by. The hotel is near bus stops that will take you to the Macau Ferry Terminal.

The hotel staff provided detailed instructions on getting to the hotel from the airport, saving me money on transportation. They accepted packages I ordered online. The staff knew a lot about local restaurants and gave clear directions. Most of the hotel staff are young and quickly assist guests.
The minibar was empty and there was no coffee machine available in the room (this was a small letdown).
